Search and seizier

     How would you feel if you couldn't live in a place or be some where with out being parinoid about people searching through your private stuff. It's a right but it's not right it's private for a reason and thats what people don't understand.Imagine police officers banging on your door. Comanding that some one come to the door what are you to do your only 13 or 14 years old you don't know what they're there for .Imagine being a guest in someones home and the police are knocking on the door frantically what are you to do your only a guest.

     There are plenty of situations like this and people aren't aware of there rights.Police both men/women get away with this time after time and they violate peoples amendment rights . The door is opened and in comes about 3 or 4 people dressed in uniforms looking for someone who isnt't even there they accuse you of knowing something about these where abouts .The police officers strip search another women they see in the home. Not knowing this is knowing this is illeagal. Your constitution rights and your 4th amendment is the right to privacy. But then again you have to be smart and think about weather or not they have a warrent. if so too bad you can't do anything if who ever they were there for just so happens to get caught to bad go to jail ,go directly to jail don't pass go and do not collect $200.00.

     The 4th amendment also makes sure people are secure /safe in there own houses /property everyone deserves that right at least.If its really important that during a sezier they get what they need so they will make sure to get a warreent to search and arrest.That way its fair .This can be turned around so mits good to make sure to know your rights as a citizen of the United States.It amy seem that the government is being unfair but you have to look at it both ways there is a negative and a postitive to almost every situation.
